Google’s next Nexus device, possibly called the Nexus 4G, is going to be an absolute beast. We have been told that the Google Nexus 4G will feature a next-generation dual-core 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz CPU, and contrary to reports about it featuring an NVIDIA Kal-El processor, our source indicates it’s most likely an OMAP 4460 or a, ultra low-power 28nm Krait-based Snapdragon. The display is said to be a 720p HD “monster-sized” screen, and it won’t feature physical Android menu buttons below the screen anymore — everything will be software-based. More after the break.

The report of comScore MobiLens show that the proportion of android in U.S continue to grow.The first quarter in 2011,Google in the U.S. market share from the last December 28.7% up to 34.7%.At the same time ,Apple iOS platform has also expanded the market,the proportion from the end of 2010 28.7% up to 25.5% in March 2011.

Motorola Milestone In Canada will Getting Android 2.2 Next Year

According to Motorola’s official upgrade timeline, the Milestone will get Froyo in late Q4, but only for Europe and Korea. The Android 2.2 upgrade for Milestone is “under evaluation” for Canada, Latin America, and Mexico.

As expected, other Motorola phones that launched with pre-2.1 versions of Android won’t get Froyo at all, at least for the foreseeable future. Motorola’s Cliq, Cliq XT, and Backflip are waiting for Android 2.1, for which the Motorola Devour was deemed unfit. (more…)
